STEP this week 4/12-4/16

Hello STEP Students,

We have several events/announcements for this week:

• TODAY Tuesday April 13 at 12:15 we have a Financial Literacy Workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn about budgeting and managing your finances. This is the only time this semester we will offer this workshop.
• TODAY Tuesday April 13 from 11-1:30 p.m. is Engineering Day in the Student Union. Stop by to learn more about engineering majors and see some fun engineering projects.
• TOMORROW Wednesday, April 14 at 12:15 we will have our last ASU Application Workshop of the semester. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to ask questions about applying to ASU.
• Friday, April 16 we will visit ASU West. We will meet in the STEP Office at 7:45 a.m. and leave PROMPTLY at 8:00 a.m. Please stop by the office to sign up for this tour if you are interested in attending. This is a first-come, first-served opportunity.
• The Martens Scholarship application is still open for qualified STEP students. Please see the application for more information http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AQ8sZ3NhKsJuZGY3ODczeDZfODhkMnA4bnFocQ&hl=en. Applications are due Friday April 16 no later than 4:30 p.m.
• You should have received an invitation to our End of the Year Ceremony to be held Thursday April 29 from noon-1:30 p.m. in the Student Union. If you did not receive this postcard invitation, it is likely that we do not have an up-to-date address for you. Please email me with any updated contact information. Also, please RSVP by calling the office 602.305.5676, stopping by, or emailing me to let me know you plan to attend.
