STEP this week 8/24-8/28

Hello STEP Students,

Welcome back to SMCC! We have a few announcements/events for this week:

1. If you have updated your contact information, i.e. email, mailing address, home phone, cell phone, etc., please email me back with that information or stop by the TRiO office to give us an update. We need this information to make sure that you are aware of important information about the STEP program. Please take a minute to make sure your information is up to date!
2. The STEP Kickoff Lunch is Thursday, August 27 from noon to 1:30 p.m. We will have important information about the upcoming semester and lunch available to all STEP students. Please join us if you can! If you can’t make it, stop by the office after Thursday to pick up the calendar of events for the Fall semester.
3. Be sure to check out the STEP blog regularly this semester http://stepsmcc.blogspot.com/. We will post the weekly updates, as well as important information about scholarships, financial aid, and other opportunities on the blog. Be sure to bookmark it and check back often!
